Founded from winemaker Tyson’s deeply personal journey of making wine alongside his father, Copious transforms memory, experimentation, and meticulous craftsmanship into bottles with unmistakable personality. Rather than chasing mass production, the winery focuses on expressive, responsibly made wines that capture the character of a season, vineyard, and moment. Its eclectic portfolio reaches beyond Oregon’s expected varieties, featuring lively bubbles, aromatic whites, rosé, Syrah, and imaginative blends designed to surprise and delight. Copious approaches the cellar as both laboratory and playground, asking “what if?” while respecting the growers and fruit behind every wine. The result is a collection that feels bold, joyful, and refreshingly irreverent—serious about quality without taking wine culture too seriously. Copious Cellars invites drinkers to stay curious, embrace the unexpected, and share fully in the creative process.

"Consensus" Blending Workshop

"Consensus" Blending Workshop

Class is in session for the 5th Annual Consensus" Blending Workshop!

Each year, Erich (Ricochet founder/the guy who makes the wine) handpicks a selection of barrels for the Social Club to sample, blend, and vote on, ultimately deciding what will go into this small-lot, reserve Pinot Noir exclusive to the club. At the workshop, you’ll step into the shoes of a winemaker and create your own unique blend to present to the group—who knows, yours might be the one the club chooses!

This is a Social Club Only Event. Members can book up to 4 tickets per membership, and bring along some friends. Charcuterie will be offered, but not until we are done blending! (You don't want to ruin your palate!) Since this is a highly anticipated event, we want to ensure as many members as possible have the chance to participate.

And, when we are done making wine, we will sit back and enjoy it! Past Consensus bottlings will be on hand to taste, and to purchase. We're building a library!

OUT OF STATE MEMBERS:

We will have a virtual option that will allow you to join in the fun. Samples of each barrel will be sent to your home, and we will Zoom Live during the event. The "Zoom Team" has been a solid contender the last two workshops!

We will begin each Sunday at Noon, with an hour of reading followed by time to share your recommendations with like-minded bookworms.

The schedule will loosely follow the same schedule every Sunday:

12:00 - 12:30PM: Reader arrive, settle and order drinks and small bites/snacks.

12:30PM - 1:30PM: Silent Reading Time! Shhhhh.

1:30 - 2:00 (and beyond): Social time to share and connect with others.

This is the perfect escape to get that self-time in, to enjoy a glass, and to get offline and into that novel you’ve had on the shelf.

Walk-Ins welcome, BUT we love when folks RSVP.
